Farm Tour and Intro to Forest Farming

Service Description

Ever wonder what forest farming is like? Come to Shady Grove Farm and see for yourself! While enjoying the mountain air (and hopefully sunshine), take a botanical walk through our gardens of the forest. You will learn plant identification, proper harvesting techniques, and propogation of our forest botanicals. You will leave with a little more understanding of the plants we grow, as well as something that you will help create for your own benefit! Light refreshments available. Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes or boots. $20.00 per person (includes supplies) *Limited number of participants* Rain or shine!
